The match up
zone defense is an outstanding tool for coaches who use or play against
multiple defenses. These MUD's are easy to implement and have
simple rules that are easily learned by you and your players.

pinpoint weaknesses in the defense and help direct how their offense
can successfully attack thees types of defense.
