The Point Zone Trap Match Up Defense is adapted from information on the North Carolina Point Zone used by Coach Dean Smith when he was coaching.
When we trap
the
ball we can use several methods.
Rover method.
Designate a player as the rover
and allow him to initiate traps
whenever he wants to.
The other players will play the
point zone without the center. All
rules will stay trhe same.
